"I had a great stay at this property in Thailand. The property was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable throughout my visit. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The best part of my stay was being upgraded to a room with a tub. The view was amazing, and having a peaceful bath overlooking the city was absolutely incredible after a long day out exploring. It really made the experience feel special and memorable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept, and relaxing place to stay in Thailand."

"I recently stayed for 5 nights at SO/Bangkok and had a fantastic overall experience. The views from the room overlooking Lumphini Park and the city skyline were absolutely stunning — waking up to that every day was a highlight of the trip. The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere and incredible views that make it hard to leave. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that set a perfect tone for the day. A special mention goes to the staff, especially at the Club Lounge. The service there was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make the stay feel special and comfortable. That said, one area that could use improvement is the condition of the rooms. While still comfortable, there are noticeable signs of wear and tear that you wouldn’t quite expect from a 5-star hotel. With a bit more maintenance and upkeep, the experience could easily match the high standard set by the service and facilities. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its views, service, and amenities, and I would happily return."
