"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

"Highly recommend this hotel. It's priced slightly lower than other Grande Centre Point hotels but just as good. Hotel staff from the receptionists, concierge and housekeeping are all nice and friendly. Room (even the small one) is spacious and clean. We had 3 luggages and have no issue moving freely with luggages open. Toilet is big and clean - shower water pressure is strong. If there's one small gripe - it's that the toilet bowl flushing is abit weak, but this small issue is insignificant...

"The hotel is perfect, clean, nice, big, and has a very good spa. You need to make sure that your room has spa access included, otherwise, you have to pay additionally to use it. We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there.
