"Clean, well maintained overall. Very comfortable rooms. Nice spa. Limited restaurant choices. There is a fine dining restaurant and a dining room. Would have liked some more dining options"

Location is perfect for the big tourist sites. Lots of new nice restaurants opening near by. But what really made our stay was the welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. Oh, the food is lovely and good value.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, with lovely staff. Pool area great for relaxing with view of river. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and sparklingly clean. Great location as within 5/10 mins walk of the bustling Khao San Road area, with lots of stall, shops, bar and restaurants. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk to other areas at a very small cost. Great location to stay. Would definitely recommend as the hotel is a luxurious oasis to retreat to after a hard days sightseeing!

This was our second stay at the hotel. Hidden amongst beautiful greenery, it is an oasis in the city of Bangkok. The staff and owner are incredibly welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The menu and food offered in the restaurant is lovely and prices are very reasonable. Both rooms we have experienced have been exceptional too. If you don't want the concrete, impersonal high rise international chains, this is the place for you. If you want to feel the Thai culture then this is the place for...

The COMO Metropolitan was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We arrived to warm smiles and cold drinks from reception, who fortunately were able to accommodate us immediately despite our early morning flight arrival.
The room, the bed and the bathroom were huge, well equipped and very comfortable. The 20m pool and cocktails were refreshing in the heat. Thom the concierge was excellent and very happily booked restaurants and taxis for us.

This hotel has an excellent location within 5 mins walk of Temple of Reclining Buddha, 10 mins to Grand Palace and with stunning view across the river to Wat Arun. The entrance is down a narrow lane between loading bays for vans and does not appear promising but once inside the hotel is extremely comfortable with excellent rooms and dining facilities. Best of all however are the staff who are probably the friendliest and most helpful we have ever met. (particularly the ladies on reception)....

Since we booked through ebookers and not the hotel web site, we did not know that you cannot drive to the hotel. You are supposed to get to the hotel using their private boat shuttle from pier 13 across the river from the hotel.
Our Uber driver and we were stranded in the midst of of the nearby neighbourhood with no foreseeable way to get to the hotel. We called the hotel for help. We were immediately rescued by the hotel staff, who carried our luggage along the sea wall to the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on my way back from a trip around Thailand backpacking, and travelled to BKK in the morning.
I arrived quite late, but the foyer was modern and welcoming. I was served by a lovely male member of staff who quickly checked me in and explained to me about the breakfast and room set up. I was also able to book an early morning taxi with him for reasonable rates.
The room was great in terms of services. Shower with good water pressure and temperature, 2 free...

My wife and I spent 1 night at the Luxx XL and absolutely loved it. We didn't have an opportunity to try the food but aesthetically the hotel is beautiful and our room was awesome.
Overall the hotel gets a thumbs up. From the lobby to the room the decor is slick and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
