"The pier access to ferry rides were very convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel bathrooms need a bit of updating but clean enough. "This hotel is in THE best area to stay in Bangkok with THE best view anywhere. Super easy CLOSE walking access to the major tourist sites (including Wat Arun by ferry next door, Wat Pho with the Reclining Buddha directly across the street, and the Grand Palace just a 5 minute walk). Only a 5 minute walk to the metro with access to all major downtown shopping and a super easy 15 minute boat ride from Iconsiam. The staff here are all kind and helpful and will go out of their way to assist you. Wonderful breakfast included and nice clean rooms. Couldn't ask for anything more."
