Excellent hotel in a first class location. Hotel, from arrival to departure, could not be faulted. Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

The hotel is amazing. The room which was a River View suite was amazing. The view from the top bar is second to none. Breakfast fantastic, they make your toast to order over hot coals!!

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Superb location on the riverfront. Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of bottled water provided. Breakfast was great with endless choices. Very quiet and peaceful room.
