"Breakfast was fine with good coffee and the staff are polite But the checking process was terrible and for business trip travellers, likely this will be my last time We reached 12+ and understandably, the room was not ready till 2pm which is fine But what makes me upset was when we (including my colleagues) went back to collect room card, we have to wait at the queue for almost 20 minutes- due to one India lady complaining about service and I approached the hotel manager, she told us we have to wait and nothing much can be done. My suggestion- please keep all room card at the priority desk for easy retrieval since we had already been processed at the earlier time, like the rest. Thanks"

"overall i do like the hotel and the staff bends over backwards to help guests but i am not a fan of the rooftop resto bar. it is, in fact, a restaurant masquerading as a resto bar. upon arrival the greeters makes one feel (my experience on two occasions) as though they are being put out when you show up and state that you simply want to have a drink and take in the views. there is no bar area to speak of and even if you do manage to sit in the small designated bar space, be prepared for the stools to disappear at any moment (my experience on one occasion) for no apparent reason. staff are cordial but clearly focused on getting drinks prepared for table orders, so prepared to be an afterthought. furthermore, there is no standing or mingling area. in summary, it is designed and operated as a place for dinner/drinks but not for casual socializing and mingling. any claims to the contrary the hotel might make, are, simply not true."

"There were so many hotels to choose from and this one hit the spot. Great location across from Starbucks and all the cool vibes of the area. The room was adequate. Pool was small but nice when it's so hot outside. Had that nic resort feel on a smaller scale l. I would stay here again for sure. Price was on point."
