"Room is big, comfortable beds, next to shopping mall and metro, nearby cafes, good hotel facilities. But the room lift lobby has a smoky smell in the air, like someone smoking in the room or aircon duct. "

"I was very happy with my stay at Aira. The room was fairly large and well appointed and the breakfast was really good. Staff were very attentive and we always happy to help. It was really good thanks Aira!"

"A good stay in a nice hotel. The pool was lovely and large, pool attendants kind and helpful. Rooms could use a deep clean as there was grime around the bath sink water overflow opening (room 1724). A light refresh of the wood features in the room would be well worth it. Breakfast was quite good."
