I read some bad reviews before I went so was a little apprehensive but couldnt fault it. there is no lift and I was on top floor but the guy working there carried my case for me and when leaving he heard me struggling and came to carry it down too! the staff on the desk were so lovely, and I'd left my hairdryer in the room after checking it but I'd used the luggage storage and they put a note on my case to tell me I'd left it! Even though I'd put it in the bin. Luggage storage is free to use...
