What a dump..!!! I am serious, how can Expedia let these hotels in. I guess it is enough to have a standing structure to be considered into Expedia. The photos are so wrong, so doing in justice to us the users. The smell in the room is over bearing, i had hard time to breathe in the room the smell of old furnitures, sheets was all over the room. I couldn't sleep all night. The pool being beautiful and all was so dirty from the last night party so you can't swim either. They don't know even one word in English (who doesn't know what "toilet" means?). If the devil comes to earth, this will be the hotel for his staff. This is not built for human accoupation, I'm sorry. The one star I gave it is just bcz it is a standing structure

Disgusting and worst place I've stayed in my life
Acid/chlorine burns to my children, so much their clothes dyed from black to grey! They refused to acknowledge anything. The whole complex was disgusting. The pool looked amazing and was the only reason we put up with the rest. No cutlery, no toilet paper, no towels, no bowls or plates, no microwave kettle or stove. Had to ask for anything and the towels were pieces of felt (no I am not joking). When I asked them to speak to the manager about the kids burns because they needed medical attention they pretended to not speak English and said no manager. I asked for owner, no owner, they didn't close the pool or get testing. Every metre of the room had a repair needed or paint missing, or cracks. TV had one Chanel, AC had one speed. Don't let the roof top pool or bar pictures fool you.

Beware of what you book. This hotel rate 4 stars in Expedia and in the real world it should rate 0 star. The whole building is cover in mole and smell disgusting. I stay for just 12 hours and start getting rushes on my skin. Took lot of picture as an evident so that I can file a complain to Thai tourism authorities. If you don’t believe me, book one day and stay there to experience it.

Worst place ever!
This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with in my life. Do not stay here!! They are running a scam and even if you book online and receive a confirmation, it is unlikely they will honor the reservation. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and there is zero accountability. We even witnessed a full on police squad situation upon our arrival due to them scamming another foreigner guest.

i have stayed in this hotel twice. the best hotel in bangkok for my budget. it has the location that is in the city center side which have alot of street food vendors. I can buy food 24 hrs late night or anytime. 7-11 is also walking distance
