"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. The property was comfortable, the service was smooth, and overall it made for a really pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Prince from Riverside Café — he went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when the main venue wasn’t open. Also a big thanks to Kuntal, the restaurant manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. In the bar, Sameer did his absolute best to make sure my friends and I had a great time — really appreciated his energy and attention. And of course, recognition for the rest of the wonderful team: Marful, Anusri, Arup, Sofia, Kuljit, Jamir, Sandipan, and Aloke. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay even better. The room was comfortable, the hotel itself had a great feel about it making us feel at home. The gym and spa were fantastic. The food was superb and so were all the wait staff. "The hotel was wonderful. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe here. The concierge Amit seemed to be looking out for me. He was very helpful in everyway. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, although the staff did seem to have a hard time keeping everything fully stocked. I would definitely stay again."
