This was a massive disappointment. I am usually not one to complain, but to sum it up, the entire place has the potential to be a very nice place. Great layout but overall my stay was a huge regret. I wish we didn’t book it. The plumbing was off. Either extremely hot or extremely cold showers. No in between so my husband was no happy about that. However we were happy we got a spacious room that has a large sliding door to the pool but alas, the door would not open. We wanted to enjoy the amenities, the jacuzzi was broken -wouldnt heat up.. the pool was green, filthy with leaves and debris in it. We wanted to leave the next day and requested a refund for the second night but they do not refund and unfortunately Expedia could not help. We were transferred to a different room; Tv was crooked, furniture was old but that’s no big deal… lumpy lumpy lumpy bed… but whatever… same plumbing issue but this time the knob just came right off.. it has two “c” for cold knobs so good luck getting a adequate shower. For the price we weren’t expecting much but the pictures made this hotel look so much better that it is.. the owner should sell the car displayed in the lobby and invest in better plumbing and annual pool maintenance.
