"My room had dirty linens which is disgusting and it wasnt replaced until the next day, the ac wasn't working, it was loud, smelled like smoke, and you can hear EVERYTHING. Management wasnt much help"

Thanks for also holding my luggage for a few hours after check out since I have a late night Flight. Jocelyn, Willie and Valentine were great."
