MAIN POINTS...VERY GOOD LOCATION,CLOSE TO MAIN TRANSPORT HUBS,...PLENTY OF PLACES TO EAT NEAR HOTEL ALSO IN HOTEL ITSELF...,STAFF SPEAK ENGLISH, VERY EASY TO GET TO/FROM ITAMI AND KANSAI AIRPORTS.

Everything was perfect from the room to the staff and breakfast was really good. It’s in an excellent location and exceptional clean and staff so friendly and welcoming.

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. Besides The Ritz Carlton (which is totally different style of decor and more old fashioned) the Intercontinental is the best luxury hotel in Osaka, situated by Umeda station in the business area. Staff all speak very good English and are very friendly. Rooms are very spacious compared to most hotel rooms in Japan, I booked a standard room and it was amazing, separate toilet and bathroom wash basins area and bath, really good amenities in room too. Location there are so many lines through Namba and other near stations. Kumoron market and great shopping are on your doorstep. The hotel has a great laundry and kitchen area with microwaves there and in room. Water bottles are not provided but you can fill water & ice. Staff were really helpful as due to health problems our plans changed daily. They facilitated and helped all the way. I only ate in the cafe once and they were gluten free conscious and the salmon was fab. Good service safe...

The staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was amazing with the price we paid. The bell boy was very helpful. We were don't have any trouble with our luggage at all. The location is very near to train station and close by the famous market. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

Really happy we stayed here. It was probably the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip in Japan. Room was spacious compared to everywhere else that we stayed. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom. Well located not far from Dotonbori area and not far from a metro stop. Also, was very close to a Yamato Transport store to ship our luggage to next destination. Would definitely stay here again!
