Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.

Check in was very smooth and efficient, and had a early check in which was very convenient. All the staff memebers were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Prathamesh. He was very helpfully and courteous. Would recommend.

One of the best hotel in Andheri. The food here is amazing, very close to the airport and the hospitality is amazing.

Great place to stay. I would definitely go back and stay there.Funny part is, we actually miss the room. Fantastic location. Western Expressway and the Metro station is a minute's walk. Auto/Taxi stand always available. My wife and I were upgraded to a higher category room. Very very comfortable room, big bathroom. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. (It actually seems that good service is a culture here. not something that is done reluctantly. We received the same kind of help at 2am...

Staff were super helpful, room was clean, 'smart' and lovely, couldn't be nicer. The art was not particularly to my taste. Only thing is, I booked this hotel for the caves look, disappointed I did not get.Apparently only 2 rooms like that, and were not even available to view, apparently under maintenance HOTELS.COM pictures are very misleading.

Ram in reservation was very accommodating and helpful. All other staff at front desk, Banjara, and security staff were always courteous, polite and helpful. I will be staying there again.

Nice modern 5 star business hotel, good for a break from the city but not close to old Mumbai and the sites

I loved the hotel, it's facilities and in general the excellent customer service. Breakfast and dinner buffets are acceptable but it could be better, few options and not really variety.

After a bad experience in another hotel i decided to book another hotel urgently. I found Meluha the fern and booked on the same day. After explaining the bad experience I had last night they let me check in earlier. Basically they saved my trip! I’m very greatful to the staff and would 100% recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t heaitate to stay here again.

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏
