Great hotel and staff very pleasant. Breakfast was brilliant. Only 2 days of cold shower even after you put on the geezer switch. Luckily the weather was very warm so a cold shower was ok for us.

The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were wonderfully accommodating and helpful. The area can be noisy but it's in the heart of the busy city so noise is expected. Clean and easy to travel from to all parts of the city. .

Brilliant layover hotel and very beautiful

Fantastic experience! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and customer-focused, making the check-in process seamless. The hotel was spotless, and the room service team was accommodating and always cheerful. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, and it’s only about a 20-minute drive from Mumbai International Airport. I would definitely book here again!”

Double charged for the room.. no reply

It's hard to find a good hotel in Mumbai. Jewelry and a debit card went missing from the room, which could happen at any hotel unfortunately. But on top of that we were double charged for one of the nights and they are not getting back to my request to address this. The hotel itself was clean which was great and the breakfast was good. I just wish the customer service was better. And always use the safe-wherever you stay!

The hotel feels like a different kinda hotel and not a professional one. The room stinks. The guy in the reception is super rude. "Either you stay of leave, I don't care but I will make sure there is no refund." I am not sure how they are still running this place.

Too good for a short stay

I was surprised to see my room that was so big for a solo traveler and decorated with balloons such as a birthday party. I arrived there at 3 am and checked out at 9 am. The room was too good for such a short stay.

Hotel reservations was terrible

I had confirmation of a booking at this hotel. When we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a reservation and there wasn't any room available. The guest clerk was very rude and said we were supposed to have responded to some email. He supposedly wrote, which I never found. We had to change Hotels at the last minute.

The pictures are nothing like the hotel hall and rooms. It is getting old, there is no pressure in the bathroom, there were insects in my room. This is very far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was 20 years ago.

Hotel is ok but before check in everything is working properly or not working. There staff need to check before entering in hotel room. TV program was not working properly. I have complaint then they upgraded my room and then everything was fine. Other wise staff were good.

Pretty good

It was just for a day.The rooms were a bit noises.Howeverreally tidy and clean.There was a free shuttle to the airport to which they even sent a wake up call themselves.

This hotel is completely misadvertised and operates like a 3-star hotel, as opposed to its 4-star listing on Expedia. There is nothing "luxurious" or comforting aside from the free airport ride to and from the airport. The rooms are dingy and worn down. Some furniture had an old used odor. Despite the poor interiors, reception staff and porters were friendly and thoughtful. We had to change rooms due to a party on the floor above. Walls are paper-thin, so with the loud music, the entire room along with the furniture vibrated and shook like a dance floor. The staff kindly relocated us to a room on a lower floor, however, our new room was a smoking room (original room was non-smoking), so all the furnishings smelled of cigarette smoke. The room configuration is strange. Dividers between the room and bathroom were very thin. Towels and toilet paper are rough; bed was firm; and hot water was very limited (warm showers got cold very fast). On a positive note, the toilet flushed without issues, the rooms had free bottled water, and the TV had a good selection of channels. WiFi runs on an unsecure network, the connection is very poor and very slow. Breakfast is simple but tasty: idli, sambar, aloo, fries, eggs. Coffee, chai, and fresh juice were offered for beverages. Thankfully we only stayed one night between flights. Stay here if you want a friendly staff and simple breakfast; and don't mind thin walls, odorous furniture, minimal ambiance, and small amounts of mold.
