We stayed at the Mirage while travelling to and from Mumbai - the proximity to the airport, the large rooms, good service and a very decent breakfast - all combined into a perfect choice to get to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend and would stay here again

Hotel should provide bath mats and hand towels in bathroom. Tiled floor in bathroom can be slippery.

Quiet elegance. Titus the night manager was charming and pleasant and welcomed us. We were extremely tired getting through customs and to the Airport hotel and finally The helpful staff just got to it. Titus explained everything and were all set. Lobby was simple spacious and elegant. The Hallways were serene and quiet. The room was simply zen. Basics teakettle bottle water. Shower water pressure was very goon and off to be we went. This was an oasis after Mumbai airport. Tomorrow After free breakfast we’re back to airport and to Udaipur.
Our stay at The Mirage was fantastic! Everything from the front desk staff to the room was commendable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we had the pleasure of meeting being served by Heera at the restaurant, Harjot and the day staff at the front desk, Ravindra, and Rakesh who took us on a great tour of the city! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff upgraded our room and it was such a pleasant surprise. The breakfast every morning was delicious and they served different dishes everyday. Even the lunch and dinner menus are good, with fair pricing. Our 5 day stay at The Mirage was excellent!
The hotel is going through renovation but the room was very clean and good size and very bright. Breakfast was also good and adequate. Overall a good hotel... value for money
