Overall excellent I would say. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, extremely polite and nice to talk to. Very clean, nothing too much trouble. Excellent buffet breakfast, nice little snack store too if you need anything extra. Pool was fantastic, very comfy loungers and seating by the pool bar was comfortable. Lived up to its standards as a 4 Star Hotel. Comfortable bed and a powerful rain shower provided the necessary comfort. Buffet B’fast although didn’t stand out as truly exceptional, met it’s needs. Metro station was a brisk 15 minute walk with the Mall of Emirates 20 minutes. Didn’t use the rooftop pool, however on observation they appeared to be plenty of sun beds available and a decent size pool. I would certainly use this hotel again.

I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. A fantastic hotel nestled on the border of traditional Dubai and the glitzy new Dubai! Al Satwa and Al Jafliya a few minutes walk one way and Sheikh Zayed Road a few minutes walk the other way! The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk from Al Jafliya Metro and Bus stand! Jumeirah and Le Mer Beach are about a 5 minute taxi ride away. Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

This hotel felt nothing like a 2/3 star hotel it was more like a 4 star hotel. There was nothing I could complain about everything is superb from the staff to the hotel cleanliness. I would definitely recommend as it is reasonably priced and well located in Dubai.
