"Large 2 bedroom unit with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and clean, everything we needed for family visit. Specifically booked this hotel for the washing machine and kitchen!! Shops close to buy essentials. Car park provided within the hotel, great parking options and safe. Really enjoyed our stay. We were away for 4 days during our 12 night stay and left most of our belongings in the hotel - no issues at all, felt very safe in this hotel. Would recommend to all families, especially when staying for extended holidays!"

"We arrived to a good happy welcome from Lin, she arranged storage of our luggage till we could check in. We were able to check in early and had a room on club lounge floor. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and were not disappointed, good selection of buffet food from different continents, food was tasty and hot. Staff were attentive and cheerful. The metro was a short walk away, which is very good value, as was the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport, it was early, the driver was good and the car comfortable. Would recommend this hotel, the staff are brilliant."

"Room was very, though not the city view I booked, loved the bathroom, pool and spa are excellent too, was offered a late check out, disappointed with the staff responsible for servicing the room, was not cleaned the 2nd day until I told reception twice, then they took my robe and did not replace it and did not refill tea/coffee, bit annoying "
