"Probably the best stay in all my years of traveling. From the friendliness of the check in staff, Ahmed & Jana to the restaurant manager Hamdy Ragab i was amazed at their professionalism and customer relationships. The room was huge and very comfortable and the dinner, where do i start, was plentiful and delicious. You spoilt for choice with thr variety of food at dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back here and compliments to the staff. "

"The cleaning service was great. Hotel room was clean and was very close to haram and continent. The door frame seemed to be damage at some point and it was difficult to close the door unless you let it slam. It was impossible to get room service. Given the limited food options due to COVID, it would have been nice to be able to get room service but there was no information about it in the room. The numbers reception gave us were unanswered. A woman kept calling our room on the first day while...
