"Staffs were very helpful. We got a room next to noisy busy street. After raising the issue staff moved into other rooms straightaway. We had two kids and stayed 4 nights. We used our own taxi to move around . We got a recommendation of a great driver who was nice person . Room was spacious. Kettle cord was very inconvenient position, very difficult to use. Please be aware booking in mecca and medina. Hotels are faraway they send you property address later and blame expedia. Anyhow first makesure hotel address or location is correct."
