"We had booked two rooms in advance and had already paid the full amount before arriving. However, when we reached the hotel, the staff member at the reception was extremely rude and spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. He initially told us that there was no booking under our name and that nothing was showing in their system.
Even after I provided the booking reference number, he refused to acknowledge it and kept insisting that there was no reservation. We were left waiting and struggling for about an hour and a half while trying to resolve the issue.
Eventually, he said that only one room was available, and after more waiting he finally arranged the second room as well.
Since we were visiting the blessed city of Madinah, we expected a much more respectful and welcoming experience, especially after having paid in advance. I am sharing this review so that other travelers are aware that even with advance payment, such issues may still occur.
The hotel management should seriously look into this matter. When people travel from far away to such a sacred place and have already paid for their stay, they should not have to face this kind of inconvenience or rude behavior from the reception staff.
Apart from this issue, the rest of the experience inside the hotel was good. The rooms and interior areas were refurbish, very nice, and clean. The location is also excellent, very close to the mosque. Everything else was good, apart from the reception staff behavior and check in"
