Amazing hotel! Reception and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ahmed was a gem and was able to answer all are questions and assists with our requests. It is a 5 minute walk to the phophets mosque and its a straight walk. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff especially the receptionist Mr Ahmed who was constantly going out of his way to help me. From the get go I was able to check in at 1pm instead of 4pm and initially I had a room facing the wall, I requested for a room swap to a city view and was given the upgrade without any extra charges or hassle. The hotel room was very clean and the hotel itself was 5 minutes walk to masjid nawabi, food shops, clothes shops and shopping mall. Would definitely revist when in madina again.

The hotel was very close to al Masjid al Nabawi; only a few minutes walk to the southern gates and close to the Baqi Cemetery. Also very close to the green dome. Great location, but recommend leaving at least 10 mins before athan to find a spot inside for prayer. For women, the women’s gates are a further walk, so make sure to leave even earlier. The hotels on the northern end would make better accommodation for women. The hotel was clean, and staff were helpful and very nice. The elevators can get busy sometimes. The location of the hotel was a bit tricky for taxi app drivers. Breakfast was okay, wish it was open until 11am instead of 10am.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madinah. The location was excellent—very close to rawdah, which made everything convenient. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Hannan and Rubel, who were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were always kind, professional, and very helpful. Excellent Stay We had an excellent stay at this hotel ,the location is absolutely ideal just 5 minutes walk from the Haram which is a huge advantage, especially for families. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the buffet team, who truly deserve recognition. They were friendly attentive helpful and very professional. Their kindness and excellent service made every meal even more enjoyable. The buffet itself was also excellent with a great variety of food and plenty of choices. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again.
