"Great hotel and extremely kind staff members. May Allah SWT bless them in this world and the next. Very large and spacious rooms. Walkable to the haram with regular coaches if needed. Nice, fast elevators. Ahadith being narrated over the speaker systems in the hallways. Would be even better if there wasn't construction going on by the property blocking a shorter route to the haram but that is not the property's fault."

"Amazing Stay we arrived early at around 12.30pm and they quickly helped us with a early check in at a room that was available already - hotel is clean and nice and front desk staff are all very friendly, nice and extremely helpful with all speaking a high standard of English - the most helpful during our stay was Majd Tamimi he is absolutely perfect!"
