"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk to the Mosque and nearby shops. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were all very helpful and understanding. The reception team, in particular, were extremely supportive and welcoming—especially the shift manager, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. They truly made our experience special. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina.
