The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Haram—which made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was efficient and accommodating, housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Even during busy times, they remained calm, organized, and respectful. Their exceptional service made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Makkah."

"One of the best things about this hotel is its location - it is very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and everything we needed was nearby and easily accessible. Also, on our first night we arrived very late in the evening, and the staff quickly resolved our accommodation without any delays.
