"The hotel nailed it this ramadhan. Whoever suggested to start sahoor at 11pm was a genius move. It created a lot of ease and I would definitely definitely stay here again. Also to mention Shahad at the reception. She was the exact opposite of a grumpy manager I initially met. Very welcoming and bright, she is a symbol of what the hotel stands for. The room was comforting and I can't complain about my experience. More than expected. "

"Excellent customer service and good customer care, I must mention a name Imran Hussain who guided us on many issues as we were not able to speak Arabic language. I recommend this place to stay not far and a free bus shuttle 24/7. "

"The room was good, but smelled a little damp. The staff from reception to the cleaners were excellent. The even brought me breakfast from the buffet to the room on the days I was not feeling great and unable to walk to the breakfast room. There is an electric stove/hub for cooking, but no pots were provided. We had to throw leftover food because we had no means of heating the food. A microwave would have been more useful than the electric stove/hub and less of a fire hazard. The proximity to Masjid Al Haram was excellent. Thank you!"
