"I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had a confirmed booking and when arrived they said we are over booked. Extremely rude staff. Than there were others who were waiting there as well. Why would you take bookings and not honor them. We waited hours upon hours. They tried to force us to go to another hotel which was even worst. It’s when we called the local police they than forced them to give us a room. They were forced to give a room with more beds. We really didn’t need extra beds and etc. It’s always better to check reviews and etc before booking. "

"Customer service very poor, they gave me a hard time while checking in, in my booking it showed check in time 12pm but they said that it’s 2pm and made me wait long time even though I was exhausted and tired they didn’t care to help me out. And I booked for a single room with one bed but they put me in a room with four beds in it, even though I was travelling solo. "
