"They cancelled my room the day before my arrival and tired to put me in a different hotel further to where I wanted to stay when I refused they refused to refund me my money Shock. For the price I paid you would never think it’s a 1* hotel. The check in was such a complex experience, as it was a third party dealing with it so you had to WhatsApp a number for them to come give you the keys. Very weird. Rooms are so dirty, sheets were dirty, no toilet paper, no towels. Bugs in the bathroom....
