Fantastic hotel with brilliant service throughout. The location was perfect when going to the haram, would always stay here when coming to makkah. The breakfast options were brilliant too, stayed with 2 kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it too

The kids club made our experience memorable. They have a caring team there. Kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave. My wife and I were able to do our umrah with peace of mind

Hello, I was in room 106, Tower 2. Only issue i want to mention is the Washroom. Its nothing as 5 star standard at all. I would give it 2.5 star. I think it needs thorough cleaning as the whole shower enclave is red and spotty. Other wise the stay experience in the hotel was nice.
