"From arrival to check out, service at the hotel was excellent. Rooms and all public areas were clean and very well kept. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Free shuttle service to the Haram or 15 minute walk. Lots of lovely shops around. Budget friendly & I would highly recommend. "

"This hotel is brilliant as it’s new. Clean and fresh and the rooms are big. Breakfast was not as big as the other hotels but was kept well and clean. Hotel prayer room is excellent and has a fantastic view of the Kaaba. The hotel lobby is slightly confusing as there are two towers and trying to figure out where you are the the outset was irritating especially as you were exhausted by the Umrah. Downfall to this hotel is its quite far. Yes there is a shuttle service but the hotel is far compared to the others. However if you favour cleanliness to anything else I definitely recommend! I also think once the area surrounding and behind is built there will be a lot more options and easier options for food. "

"Great place , comfort and clean room, friendly stuff. The hotel has private mosque which you don’t need to go out in crowded times. I have stayed-in alot of 5 star hotel around the world i have not seen as this Breakfast too many types of food that suits everyone and every culture. Fantastic experience. Will come again to this hote in the future. May Allah accept our (Omra ) and good deeds. Salam"

"Room was clean. Towels and toiletries were available in room and whenever we needed more we asked reception who then got the workers to drop off to our room. Very nice staff on reception and the cleaners. "
