The staff need an ongoing training, and they need to understand that they are the faces of this business.

The price is great, the staff just need to understand that is a business environment and should treated that way.
Customer service very poor, they gave me a hard time while checking in, in my booking it showed check in time 12pm but they said that it’s 2pm and made me wait long time even though I was exhausted and tired they didn’t care to help me out. And I booked for a single room with one bed but they put me in a room with four beds in it, even though I was travelling solo.
