"The lodge was spacious very modern and very well maintained. The hot tub outside was a gem we arrived it was windy and raining but the hot tub stay very hot indeed even after staying in it for over 2 hours it was still hot. The huge bath tub inside is huge and is insulated. The whole room was a hidden gem in the country side. Staff was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast in the coach house was very nice. An open space with luxury at it's best. We will be staying here again...

"The settings is stunning but unfortunately the accommodation urgently needs updating.The plates and cups are chipped,the cooker must be 30 years old ,and takes a long time to heat up .The TV must be 19 inch ,the lounge suite sinks in at the back causing sore backs .There is no towel rails to hang your towels.The main bedroom,well the dressing table is a shelf ,there is no shelves just a wardrobe to hang clothes .The duvet is very thin and old and the cover is faded and polyester, horrible.My...

"The Salt House is very well located to enjoy the local amenities with a public car park within yards of the property. The house is very well equipped, clean and very comfortable and large enough to cater for an extended family, a home from home. There are a variety of eating places in the immediate area. Ilfracombe is well situated for walks along the South West coastal path and the Two Tunnels beaches are well worth a visit."

"Gorgeous cottage with lots of character, low ceilings in areas but you soon learnt to dodge. All part of the character. Stair banister rail stunning character made from drift wood. All rooms on suite so no fighting over bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath downstairs. The owners were very welcoming and full book with instructions on arrival. As well as lots of ideas of places to visit. Fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and the added dry herbs etc in the kitchen added to the homely feel for the week....

"Stopped here overnight whilst walking the South West Coast Path. Very clean and comfortable room with everything I needed after 16 miles of walking and ahead of 20 miles the next day! Lovely period hotel, fabulous sash windows, high ceiling, warm and cosy room, really nice feel to the place. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Extensive breakfast menu, all cooked to order. I had a delicious vegetarian breakfast. Would highly recommend. "

"On the whole this was a really comfortable stay in a very practical apartment and a great location. The only issue I had is that there was a tiny amount of toilet paper provided and no washing up liquid at all, and I rang the out of hours Service and left two messages, no one responded to me and they still haven’t responded to me after my trip! Nonetheless, I would recommend this place to stay and I would stay again."
