"Perfect location, beautiful hotel, great restaurant - loved it!"

"Amazing hotel. We had a balcony with view of the sea and the amphitheatre. The rooms were well equipped with a very spacious drench shower with spray attachment. Coffee machine and fresh bottled, filtered water renewed daily. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied but the hot food wasn’t hot. The other issue which let this hotel down was the poor service at an evening meal in the Alta Mare restaurant. Long wait, choice of wine limited, we never got the balsamic...

"Fantastic hotel, we stayed at the Callaghan building but used the main hotel for check in and meal times. It was spotless, staff were friendly and everyone in our family loved the theme. Hotel has own entrance to the park which was handy. Food was very good, huge choice at buffet. Drinks prices were very reasonable. Would recommend. "

"Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of food staying on Half Board. Nice bathroom/Shower with comp toiletries.Comfortable and clean room, nice balcony. Due to no carpet on hallway floors, noisy at night. Would recommend street facing room as a lot of noise at night if pool facing. Have stayed here several times pre pandemic. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bars and Port Aventura theme park."
