Cet hôtel est top au pied du parc parfait après une longue journée d'amusement. Personnel incroyablement gentil, j'ai oublié des affaires de min fils dans la chambre ils me les ont récupérés et mon aidé pour l'envoi du colis. Location is great. Staff was friendly the 1 hour of early access was great for the kids. There are not a lot of dining options later in the evening at the property, and only one restaurant in the park that accommodates later dining. Also the gym is in bad shape, a lot of the weight machines are broken and the floor had water damage bucking the floor. The sauna and steam work do not work at all and are not completed yet. The rooms were comfortable and clean and location was our main reason for the stay :)

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. It is dirty and there is a bad smell in the rooms and corridors. The ac did not work in our room and there were ants everywhere. In addition, there was a strong smell. We were given another room in which the ac worked but there was a strong smell of cigarette. Not a 4 star hotel. The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful and changed our room quickly.

Nos acompañó en la habitación un olor pésimo a cañería (hab. 3041). Había solicitado una habitación de de cama king más 2 individuales. Nos dieron sólo una king y una individual y aunque reclamé, no me la dieron porque decían que no me correspondía... Les informé que soy expedia gold y no saben de qué se trata, no nos dieron upgrade ni descuento ni nada. Nada recomendable.

Lo mejor la cercanía al parque … nos faltó más y mejores explicaciones por parte de la chica de recepción sobretodo con el funcionamiento de la tarjeta y puntos .En la habitación el suelo del baño estaba sucio y la pica del lavamanos atascada. Hacía frío y no había calefacción. Las camas cómodas. Especial agradecimiento al personal del buffet Mar y en particular a Pedro por su maravillosa atención. Y destacar lo bueno que estaba todo!!!

Water dropping from the ceiling.

The hotel is ok, the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was spacious, and the hotel is just next to the main entrance of the park. The pools and common areas are quite small for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room: water started dropping from the ceiling (probably related to the air conditioning), and nothing was done even calling or going to the reception several times. The maintenance personnel promised never came, and at the reception, they told us that they could not change the room until the supervisor arrived. It took several hours to get new rooms, and we had to insist a lot. In my opinion, it was very unprofessional and not client friendly.
