"A/C not working. It took hours for a technician to arrive and said he fixed the issue but it was very warm all night. Parking terrible and very difficult to get into the hotel. The restaurant manager ( Loic Lavaud) was the best part of the stay. He tried to help with the air conditioner which is not his job but no maintenance available.
