Imagine just across the street is the train station, cant better than that! Plus all the shopping and tokyo tower is just around the corner! Everything is great here! "The Hotel it has small rooms, but they’re clean, we have a problem with the air conditioner and immediately they fixed, the staff, some are friendly but it looks like the person in charge wich is a lady is not friendly it’s just business and that’s about it. The hotel is a 1 minute walk distance from the Kyoto station, in the same location there is a large mall with anything you need. So very good experience "
