"I had to cancel reservation. The place is absolute oyó de heces y guarida de drogas with vagabonds all around, police sirens and looks absolutely nothing like the photos on hotels.com. total misrepresention and not safe for children or women to stay at. Not only did they try to double charge me then refused to cancel the reservation effectively stealing money from me. "
