"An interesting hotel on top of a pub in the old part of Andorra la vella. Room was basic but clean and everything catered for. We had a view over the front door, where they also set the tables for the pub/restaurant, so it was a little noisy until late (especially given that it was 2 days before new years'. Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. "Our stay as a family of 5 in 1 room was very convenient. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had no issues at all. The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again "

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."
