Justly 5-star hotel greatly reachable by city public transportation (BTS). Very pleasant staff, swimming pool on higher floor with a city view, superb rooms (we arrived before check-in time and as our room was not ready yet, we got the upgraded room). As we stayed on the 31st floor, again the cityscape was great.

Often overlooked (not least by me) among all the other more trendy Bangkok hotels, but I found the Dusit Thani a great option -- big, airy public spaces, nice pool and big gym; room very comfortable and spacious . Very slight noise issue in the mornings but nothing serious. Great location next to BTS. Staff could not have been nicer. And great value for money.
The Narai is one of the oldest hotels in the Silom area, but they have done a very good job keeping it very competitive with the newer hotels nearby. Excellent service and well air conditioned. I highly recommend it.

We have been to this hotel each time we have been to Bangkok, it's convienent for rail, food and travel and of course being in a fast and interesting City. Great place to stay over for 1/3 nights before heading to airport and home after you have been to main holiday destination would highly recommend it. It isn't a grand 4/5 star hotel but a grand hotel for such a price! And look at what you get and not what you don't for the money, we will always go back there on route home absolutely . Hugging the Chao Phraya River, Silom, and Sathorn are home to the full gamut of industries. Considered part of the central business district, the area is also home to the city’s most renowned entertainment and red light area, Patpong. Other distractions include the shopping complexes of Robinson, Central, Silom, and Makro. Expect constant traffic congestion.
