Great hotel. Get more than you pay for here. Staff are well trained and deliver excellent service. Modern hotel with a great selection of restaurants. Luce on the 14th floor was the best meal I had in Bangkok. There is a walkway connecting you to a train station from the hotel. Not far from the action in this location - night markets just two stops away. Would recommend to anyone to stay.

This is a very nice hotel and I had a great stay there. Just about the only drawback was the distance to the nearest metro train; about a 10 minute walk. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the nearest water taxi.

This hotel is amazing!
Located at the terminal 21 shopping mall which is also a skytrain and a subway station which makes getting around bangkok a breeze, the hotel staff is fluent in English and are always happy to assist. the concierge desk is all ways staffed and they are more then happy to assist you getting around town or ordering a taxi and telling the driver where you would like to go as well as negotiate prices, the taxis in bangkok have a meter and going by meter is ALWAYS CHEAPER then the quoted price.
The hotel rooms have microwaves so if you traveling with children or require a microwave to heat up special foods or just want to get something from the 7eleven down stairs to eat in your room.
The hotel housekeeping are extremely nice and will replace anything including the one time razor kit or tooth brush.
The hotel wireless internet is super fast and unlike other places it works all over the hotel including the pool area.
The pool itself was recently renovated and is very beautiful, try to find some time to visit and enjoy it
My son and I were privileged to enjoy Pantip Suites for a week.. We felt so pampered...just by the space alone- around 90 sq metre, with a kitchen and balcony. It is indeed a home away from home. Especially in bustling Bangkok, to come back everyday after a hectic schedule to such a hotel , was a great experience.
Its grounds, gardens, pool and its welcoming staff. .... it is a hotel that i highly recommend and i believe that it will have many repeat visitors.

Stayed 4nights (23/8 to 26/8). Really good hotel. Buffet Breakfast are excellent. All the staffs are very poliet, patient n helpful. But some of the hotel staffs have to improve English. Toilet seat are in yellow color and the shower of my room 31042 at Level 14 is spoiled n need to take some time to satisfy the shower. Also no wifi. If I want to get one day pass wifi, I have to buy at least coffee at the Bar means terrible. Overall, 4 out of 5. 👍

Hotel is great. A taxi drive can get you anywhere in the city without hassle. Ensure taxi puts on meter before leaving, as many taxi's will just quote a figure knowing very well that a metered ride will be cheaper. A pre dinner drink at sunset on the 64th floor is well worth it (sky bar). The breakfast spread has so much choice, by far the best on our trip. Staff friendly and welcoming no matter which part of the building you visit. Will definitely stay there again.
Staying in Bangkok over the winter vacation was a delight, made all the more special by this beautiful, elegant, and yet still simple hotel. The staff were friendly and supportive, the view from our balcony was very bangkok, and the breakfast was amazing (which was the highlight for me). The only downside was the location. Taxi drivers in Bangkok are generally not helpful to foreigners, which makes it all the more difficult to get to this hotel. Though not a terrible location (about a 20 minute walk to Kaosan Rd.) it's not easy to find, but when you do it's worth it to spend a few nights in this one of a kind lodging. It can't be said enough how friendly and helpful the staff are (especially the manager), the only thing that I can give back to them for my magical stay is to rate their unique and fun getaway spot a perfect 5 out of 5. Well done SSIP! It would be a pleasure to spend my time in Thailand under your roof sometime in the near future.
