Staff were amazing! Bellhops, Concierge, Front Desk… all killed it! I used the gym multiple days, & it was adequate for working out.
The room was not as clean or nice as hoped. And the biggest negative was the fact that we didn’t have complete control of the air unit. It got extremely hot in our room at night & we were informed that the ac units were switched to heat only. We were advised to open the windows, which was very loud & didn’t provide much air if we shut the blinds. So our choice was to be Hot dark & quiet, or slightly less than hot, bright & loud. The worst part was it switched a day into our stay!
