Very clean room, very hospitable and responsive staff. Telephone and bedroom TV were not working, but that wasn't an issue. Responded to a broken toilet within an hour and had it resolved in a timely manner with limited interruption to my stay.

It is a great resort , food is good , our room was bit and by the pool, the water park was great for kids age 6 and under , the steak house has very good food but very slow service. The kids activity schedule that is posed on the app they do not follow it. We had to cancel a reservation to make it to a kid event but there was no event anymore. Other than that it was truly the beat resort we stayed in, regarding service at the resort and the buffet , and the room and the plaza area was so beautiful , loved the coffee shop as well. Foam party and baby boat at the pool was a lot of fun. One other issue the seaside resort was Great for dinner with gorgeous scenes. But breakfast there was hot and humid and all flies since it’s outdoor and no fans.
