Loved the atmosphere and the amenities.

My family and i enjoyed our first visit to Hard Rock. We are coming back :))

The staff was great, the food, the pool and all the amenities were incredible. The only problem during our stay was that the AC was almost off in all restaurants and the sport bars and Game Room that made it hard to spend time there

Customer Service needs more improvement and cleanliness. The only restaurant that was worth it, was the Italian restaurant. The other restaurants need improvement in client service and attentiveness.

This is the best hotel we ever stayed. GOD bless the employees 🙏 as well.

Everything was wonderful from the swim up bar to the private concierge!

I like that they have maintained and are upgrading the property. Also the fact that they always have a good food selection. Food is awesome as well

There were too many flies. I couldn’t eat my food in peace. Plus I was not allowed to bring my food in my room and room service is only one set food every day finger food. It was very unsanitary eating around so many flies. Also, I hate the fact that I was given only one robe even though there were 3 person in my room and we were charged per person not per room.
