Great location and the rooms are immaculate. On my many stays, this is the first time a doorman greeted me upon arriving and leaving the hotel( he recognized me throughout my stay). My only suggestions is that staff should greet and acknowledge guest coming and going. Read up on The Ritz Carlton customer service philosophy. I still fully recommend The Lombardy.

"Stayed at the towers, room was comfortable and staff was helpful. Blinds weren’t working when I tried to close and after it was fixed the shades wouldn’t open. So it was hard to enjoy the view from the 51st floor"
