The room was fine, just lots of little things. Rig torn up in places, wall with chunks missing, TV not working for half the time we were there, etc. I know it’s NYC, but after a long day exploring we just wanted a few min of tv before bed, and couldn’t.

Everyone we encountered working here - from the front desk to the restaurant - were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and the mattress very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
