Hotel was perfect for our stay...Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
Rooms were great and also great to have TV services including Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc.
Didn't really use the bar and the breakfast was fine but would've expected to have more western staple options including mushrooms, Pastries, cereals and weren't sure why the bacon was being hidden away under the egg station so noone knew it was there. Otherwise it was ok but i found i only had eggs and toast and sausages each day. Was the only downside to our stay but not a major.

Upon arrival we got upgraded for free as they overbooked our room, the staff were friend and helpful, room was clean, pool was amazing right out our sliding room too, dispite this it was a quiet area very enjoyable, breakfast was amazing great entertainment at nights.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be stay again

Deliecious breakfast with a wide range of foods available, slightly different each day. Beautiful swimming pools, happy hour between 4 and 6pm at the swim up pool bars with half price cocktails. Food was great for lunch around the pool and the onsite restaurant was fabulous, even had a cake for my birthday. Staff were wonderful and the spa was heaven.

The staff and the food are amazing. However, the block where I stayed and my room were badly in need of renovation. Damage to the floor tiles in my room could have led to cut feet if I hadn't worn flip flops and paid careful attention to where I was walking.
