I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The private access to the beach was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to Monkey Trail (my favorite) and tons of good eating spots and shopping.

We ate at the cafe studio that is on the beach side of the property. Mainly because we were not big breakfast eaters to try the buffet breakfast they had offered. Staff always greeted us in the morning whether we headed to the fitness area or to our next excursion.

Firstly the perfect welcomes & constant politeness and interactions with staff is magic. It is a massive hotel with an awesome pool and it's Bar intertainment. The food, and cleanliness was great. Although some renovating would help in some areas, the room was well cleaned and well appointed every day. We were fortunate to get given some great vouchers that we used for a fun time. Our next stay will likely be at Paradiso hotel.

It’s a lovely hotel, but the downside is that if you’re placed in a different block, you have to walk all the way around to reach the second lift. It’s not very convenient when you have a pram and a baby. I.e if your room is 440 > you will have to walk all the way round and then breakfast you would have to get the lift to 2nd floor then walk down quite a few stairs with a child

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location, superb breakfast, beautiful rooms the only downside is that all the rooms need dehumidifiers... the humidity is so high in that area literally everything is wet. We had to do laundry at the end of our stay in the hotel...
