not enough ev chargers, and too noisy because this property is too close to the airport.

Staff were very on top of things when it came to particular issues around the hotel grounds with some customers getting out of hand. They handled it well, and of course security was present everywhere so it was very safe. The staff were very helpful at times when I needed it to inquire about different services they offered. I didn’t receive the VIP access, as it was not included in my package deal. I look forward someday, though, to be able to have this opportunity. The food options in the hotel were somewhat limited, as some of the Restaurants closed by midnight. But there was the CVS store available 24/7.

The check-in process was terrific, and the staff was very friendly. I have rooms on the 40th floor where you can see the spheres. However, the two rooms we got were not clean, hair was in the shower, stains and makeup stains on the towels, and the bed frame and the mattresses were making squeaky noises every time. The silver tray on the right side of the sink was empty; nothing was on it, but there were filthy stains and marks all over the tray. I didn’t bother to complain because I did not want to ruin my birthday mood and requested extra clean towels, shampoos, and body wash. And my husband cleaned the shower booth by himself. And we also noticed the crackers and crumbs under the beds, which probably didn’t get adequately vacuumed. I wish the rooms were clean and smelled better.

10/10 – Everything about the Cosmopolitan exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is lively but stylish, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the dining options are top-notch. Perfect location on the Strip with incredible views. Would absolutely stay again.
