The Good: Room was clean. The staff is friendly.
The Bad: Pool is not heated, No beach service, No alcohol is served before 11am which means no mimosa or Bloody Marys with breakfast.

The room was very clean food was good but seems that is the same food every day and gets tiring eating the same everyday. What I really didn’t like is that they pretty much force you to get a time share and I was told that the deposit that I gave for à lunch was refundable but they didn’t give it back to me.
In Marco Polo Ricky was fantastic he is the best!

Food is great, breakfast buffet and lunch buffet particularly amazing. Steak at the blue water restaurant is delicious. Shawarmas at olio are great, so is the falafel.
Pools are great and beach is fantastic. Overall I really enjoyed my second stay here, felt taken care of for sure. On my last day had a bit too much to drink and staff took very good care of me.

The hotel is perfectly located on the beach but they are still ramping operations. Staff were nice but slow and seemingly unprepared. Will likely not go back anytime soon

Caribbean dinner was very good. Lots of snack options available throughout the day which was nice as well. The only annoyance were the multitude of raccoons throughout the property in the evenings and at night.
