Lovely staff, lovely accommodation, very clean, very comfy bed & plenty of complimentary milk, tea, coffee & sugar & also clean fresh towels, soaps & shower gels at a bargain price too. Could not fault a thing. Will deffinately stay again. Thank you very much :-)

We were upgraded to a suit which was nice. Hotel Bar stayed open as long as we were willing to keep drinking.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!

It felt like luxury being able to go for a swim and a sauna. Lovely room

Super convenient as part of the airport/train station complex, able to wheel the airport trolley (costs £1) from collecting our bags from our flight to actually inside the hotel room (as advised by reception staff as a possibility) & then the following morning to the side of the train.

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Quick check in, comfy and clean rooms and loved that breakfast started at 3am as our flight was 6am

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel, the staff at check in were exceptional when we had to change room's due to my mistake. A special mention has to also go to one of the night staff, Richie Cook who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us on a few occasions. Amazing hotel.

The attention to detail in each of the rooms (our family occupied 5 of the rooms) is amazing. Each is completely different but presented to a very high standard. We were wanting for nothing and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. A great place to stay in a great location.

Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match.
