"Staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We were staying overnight before the Trafford 10k and Meg on Reception helped us get ice for my daughter’s bruised calf muscle. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Great customer service."

"As always in many hotels, the single rooms are small cramped and out of the way. However, it was very clean and tidy, but dated. The staff and service were great, and that I find is the best part of any hotel."
