"The room was very warm overnight and the A/C didn't seem to make any difference. The A/C unit was also rather noisy."

"Thought I had booked to include breakfast, had to pay extra. Checked by searching another booking at same hotel, later in week and it has the option to include breakfast at either an added cost or no cost, depending on room type. Also not clear on parking charge, which was also added to over all cost. "

"Unbelievably comfy beds and could have quite happily took the mattress home with me. Breakfast was yummy and the staff who worked there (on a Sunday) were all helpful and friendly. Only slight issue we had was a toilet that wasn’t fixed properly to the wall, felt like it would collapse at any minute! It was very unnerving! But would definitely stay at the hotel again 🙂"

"Good sized room with lounge area separate from bedroom with comfy beds. Hot shower but not easy to get in and out if elderly/mobility issues. Grab rail would be helpful. Large selection of hot and cold items for breakfast (but extra charge for this). Minor issue with TV remote, but staff were helpful and friendly in resolving this. We would stay here again."

"From start to finish this was an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn. Anna on reception was brilliant before we arrived and Dylan checked us in perfectly. A great room and a very positive breakfast experience. Superb."

"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. There was a football team there that evening yet somehow everyone managed to give a smooth and timely service. Excellent stay .
